Sessional Counsellor
Quaggy Community Counselling Service
We are recruiting for a sessional counsellor to deliver our perinatal counselling which supports women, birthing people and their partners in the perinatal period who present with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The successful counsellor will be passionate about perinatal
mental health and will be delivering short-term one-to-one counselling.
Sessions will be run on a Thursday from a Children’s Centre in Greenwich. There will also be fortnightly clinical supervision provided on Friday afternoons. Please only apply if you can commit to these days.
Job type: Self-employed sessional counsellor (minimum 5 hours per week)
Hourly rate: £22.50
Location: Greenwich on Thursdays only

Quaggy Development Trust is a registered charity dedicated to ‘Improving the Lives of Children, Families and people in the local area’. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Directors, Executive Team and Board of Trustees.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our Executive Team by delivering comprehensive administrative and personal assistant (PA) support. You will also assist the Board of Trustees in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of board and governance-related duties. This is a varied and dynamic position that requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and always maintain discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and PA support to the Directors
- Support the Board of Trustees with preparation of board meeting materials, including agendas, document packs, and accurate minute-taking.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth document and file management.
- Resolve business and administrative issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring executive priorities are supported.
- To manage the onboarding of staff: preparation of contracts, offer letters, induction information and IT equipment
- To review service contracts and negotiate new ones when needed, as well as scheduling service maintenance.
- To undertake general admin duties of telephone calls, parking permits, enquiries, filing, photocopying and anything else relevant to this post

- Confident working and supporting a team and engaging across all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising workload in a busy environment.
- Approachable, proactive, and solution-oriented with a high level of discretion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of providing secretarial support at a senior business level, in a professional environment.
- Skilled in preparing formal meeting packs, agendas, and taking clear, concise minutes.
- Experience in project coordination or as a project team member.
- Knowledge or experience in Early Years, Family Support, Health, or Social Care sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to work occasional flexible hours, including some evenings.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and suitable Disqualification by Association record required.
