Family Star Early Years
We use Family Star Early Years as a tool to support parents. It is a simple and visual way of recording a parent’s journey of change. It actively involves the parent in the process and sets action plans that the parent works towards to improve parenting and enjoy family life more.
A support worker will work on this with a parent and they will set goals together. Family Star is popular with parents as it is a non judgemental support tool that firmly puts the parent in control of their situation.
